The entrance is very poorly maintained, there is no contact and the host did not respond prior to our arrival either by message or phone. We managed to get in the courtyard (dark and dirty) and called all the numbers we found on a door. Finally the maid (last number) answered and we managed to get the key and get in.

Localization

Broken toilets reservoir. Towel ripped when was in use. Too long informations gived through phone call. The host should prepare some text with the most relevant bulletpoint information, not give all this information through 10 min long call

After arrival, the owner informed me that it's no longer available...

Central location and a good option for the whole family, having key facilities covered. The room was very clean, providing a value for money option for short visits in Târgu Mureș.

Unfortunately the communication with the host was not very smooth, with late and incomplete information provided for access in the building, and the location does not provide access to private parking, which is hard to find near the accommodation for free. Also, the apartment is at the last floor, so, if you are travelling with kids or older persons, keep that in mind, as you need to climb some outside stairs to reach the last floor. Being the last floor, during summer it is very hot and the air conditioning is positioned near the bed, which makes it inconvenient if you start the air conditioning and you also want to stay in bed. All these are manageable, but I believe it is important to know about them beforehand.

Host confirmed the stay but did not provide property and left us with 2 kids in the middle of the night with no accommodation.
