Výborná lokalita a vybavenie apartmánu, milá komunikácia s majiteľom.

apartmán ok, celkovo pocit čistoty hned pri vlakovej stanici, teda pre tých čo plánujú používať vlak velmi vhodné velmi pekné a príjemné wellness v hoteli (aj cena bola dobrá)

mám malé auto, aj tak parkovacie miesto bolo velmi tesné, neviem si predstaviť ako by tam parkoval niekto s vačším autom apartmán ok, ale bol tam akýsi mierny zápach (veľmi slabý - cítiť to bolo pri vstupe do apartmánu potom už nie) apartmán mal mať výhlad, podľa značky na bookingu, no výhlad bol len na vedlajšiu budovu

Beautiful appartment. Good location in Strbske Pleso. Smart TV with Streaming Apps to login. Late checkout till 6 p.m. but as it was unclear and I didnt get a quick answer the day before wasnt benefitiol to me.

There were somethings that were not so good. The staff gave me a parking place that belonged to the guests of another appartments. The sauna is said to be free in the description but actually costs. The drain of the shower isnt fast enough so the water flows over a little fast. The matressed were to hard in my opinion but as somebody else stated, but that is maye personal preference. The owners reaction took a little long. He only answered to my question when I had to checkout, which was late checkout till 6 p.m. Which is great but I couldnt enjoy it since the reaction was a little late. What I really didnt like that he reacted with no words to my complaints like the sauna costed where it was stated as free and other things.

The wellness centre was a nice touch

The bed was quite hard and the sofa not so comfortable either, there was also furniture that simply was usable due to its location. It would have been nice to have been provided with cooking oil, and there wasn't a dishwasher (I thought one was listed)
