The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and properly ventilated. Can watch movies if staying in and got filtered water.

1. The overall cleanliness should be taken into consideration, the wallpapers were pealing due to water seeping through walls so the dust were everywhere so when you walk, its sticks to the feet. 2. The check out time should be 12pm like most other hotels or homestays 3. No extra toilet rolls provided, imagine having all rooms occupied and yet no additional rolls provided 4. The cooking utensils are quite rusty. If you do encourage cooking, please make it safe to use. 5. Greeted by bird poops at the main entrance, since the birds have made a nest. Although was told on the day of arrival, it is not justified. It just shows that the place is being poorly maintained at a regular period of time, otherwise there wouldn't be a bird's nest. 6. Host should be able to response within the day of query 7. Loft room was quite hot even with aircon 8. Most aircon remotes do not show the temperature.
