Shamrock Boutique Villa - Stay for 12 person

The bed all clean n comfy, no doubt is clean. I am not a very fussy person but at least get a good information for the unit I booked. Get a actual n latest photo. That is what I able to write for this.....

First of all. I feel very disappointed ☹️ when I step into the house due to the condition of the unit. Walls(almost all the walls painting is like the attached photo) toilet, bar high chairs, omg... I was like am I went into a right unit that I booked? Second, when I ask the host, how come the condition not same like photo that she sent me? She answered "We just charge rm600 a night, there is nothing to complaints. Our charges is very low already and the house is clean." The point is.. the host should let client know the photos are N years back.. that's y they get awarded in 2015.. and when I saw the photo feel is reasonable, so I booked for 3D 2N. I text the host said that the house is under expectations, she no replied and keep calling me few times, I tot she wanna explained y the condition is under expectations, but I was too naive.. she just care about the payment 😅 I don't mind to pay more get a nicer unit if I know the house condition like that because is a family trip. I suggest you request the latest photo only decide stay o not. Didn't expect the host will refurbish the house but atleast need touch up Abit and make sure everything in good condition. Thanks

Large rooms

Tv don’t function n d cleaner came 2 check 30 minutes before checkout so there’s no use for that n she told us d tv don’t function before this also but she told d owner different things

The interior layout is excellent, can fit 12 pax and really cosy for family gathering.

Lack of lighter for the stove and not convenient for cooking

The numerous and spacious rooms. Clean and comfortable beds and towels. The lady caretaker was very nice and helpful upon checking in. Great seaview from the rooftop.

No filtered water dispenser. (Bring your mineral/filtered water before checking in.The nearest available stall selling water was a 10 minute walk down to the beach) Perhaps guest should be informed in advance so they can purchase water before checking in. One of the most basic appliances is missing.......a microwave oven. We bought food for supper and kept it in the refrigerator. When we tried to re- heat it, we realised that there was no microwave. There was a cooking hob, but the gas regulator was disconnected from the tank. Didn't know if the tank was empty or full. After successfully attempting to do the connection, the spark igniter wasn't working because the D size battery was flat. We are a family of non-smokers, so a lighter was non existent. There wasn't a spark gun available, too. We had no choice but to eat cold food. Even the batteries for the TV and some fan remotes were flat. The attached bathroom on the 2nd level (room on the left) had a leaking pipe that cause the floor near the toilet bowl to form a water puddle.

Is good for big families

The place is so clean and tidy.. very peaceful environment..

The stove wasn't working and there is this terrible drain smell at certain floors if I'm not mistaken coming out from the bathroom..
