Unbelievable views and a lot of places to eat/drink coffee and enjoy the views.

Jacuzzi needs good maintenance before the tourists are coming to the house.There are special solutions for cleaning it right also for the jets.

We admired the outstanding view. The appartment was well equipped. We spent four nights and three days out of for were extremely windy.

We spent ten wonderful days in this apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The view of the pristine sea and coastline from here is simply breathtaking and stands out as one of the location's prime features. The apartment includes a large terrace, offering full enjoyment of the view, and also a small garden adorned with our own small palm trees. Our apartment was on the ground-floor, and had two bedrooms and a main room combined with a kitchen, all fully renovated. Each room was equipped with airco and two televisions. The kitchen was well-equipped, and a washing machine was a welcome addition. The apartment is part of a gated complex, providing a sense of security and privacy. The secluded nature of the location, while offering stunning views, means that it is fairly remote. Access requires a car, a requirement we were aware of and readily accepted. Parking is securely provided behind the gated entrance. During our off-season visit, we did not seek out beaches. Despite the sea's close proximity, direct access from this house is not possible due to protective fences against the steep cliffs. However, several beautiful beaches are located nearby, including the one in Agia Pelagia, a small village just a 10-minute drive away. There are a few supermarkets in the vicinity, the closest one is just 5 min drive. Communication with the owners was efficient and friendly, even if done entirely via email. We also appreciated the hospitality of the couple residing at the property. Despite their limited English, they were incredibly helpful with any issues and questions we had! Ευχαριστώ!

The garden is beautiful and the view. Bedrooms very comfortable.

You have to take your own rubbish away when you leave but there is a problem in the area with all the public garbage bins overflowing.

As I got it right, villas has two apartments. We were in an apartment on the ground floor and it had 3 places to sleep (one double-bed for 2 in one bedroom and one single bed in another room). The villa is situated just 2 minutes by car from the center of Agia Pelagia. No villas/houses nearby, you can sleep in a total silence. One should keep in mind, that you have to have a car to get there. The road is dirt (no concrete or asphalt), and in theory you can walk it, but practically - no way. We knew it that why it wasn't problem for us. View from apartment is really amazing! We didn't see an owner, but we got detailed information about check-in. Kitchen is well-furnished (oven, stove, electric kettle, refrigerator). I'm not sure, but clima is in every room. We stayed for almost 10 days, so it was fine that there was washing machine. There's TV-set as well, but we didn't even try to switch it on, because of travelling all around the island and having pleasure to spend our free time on a terrace (rather big). Terrace is equipped with two tables (one - hidden under the roof, near entrance, - in case it's windy or rainy, and the other one - on a main part of terrace). What can I say more - we gladly come back here next time.
