Kallirroe Master Villa with Sea View and Pool

We loved this place. We really enjoyed our stay there and Vasilis was very helpful and always available. Unique sea view. Very very clean with nice linens.

Whole experience was great. Great Location, great premises, and a caring host. Relaxing vibes of a place that offers great scenery view, quick access to nearby beaches and amenities that you can enjoy. Quick escape from reality to serenity. A treat, to one’s self in order to recharge batteries, and make a promise to come back again.

Wish we could stay more, Nothing spoiled our visti, the worst part of our stay was the moment we left.

Upon our arrival, Vasilis was already there to welcome us, even though we arrived later than expected. He was exceptionally hospitable and attentive, always willing to assist with anything we needed throughout our stay. The villa itself is spacious, impeccably clean, and offers complete privacy in a comfortable setting, beautifully decorated in a charming retro style. The rooms are spotless, generously sized, and fully equipped. All areas feature both air conditioning and ceiling fans for maximum comfort. The pool is impressively large and was meticulously cleaned every other day by the pool manager, ensuring excellent condition during our entire stay. The sea view, with its waves rolling in, was truly captivating. Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, leaving us with no suggestions for improvement. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and look forward to returning.

A perfect villa with all the comforts the visitor needs to have. Villa is in an excellent location three minutes from the Nea Golden Beach and 5 minutes from the famous Golden beach. The distance for Naoussa is just 8 kilometers. The Vila is extremely decorated and very clean. The host is excellent and continuously next to us for what we need.

All The rooms are in the basement with nearly no light at all. There is only one bathroom for the whole accommodation and one toilet. No proper shower!!! You need to put the hot water on 1 hour before the shower if you want to have hot water. The nice sea view is not from the house is from the commun area to other accommodations. The pool where very dirty

The location was awesome. Views were spectacular. Vasilis was super helpful. We had a large villa so there was plenty of space.

The cupboards in the bedrooms stink of mould. We tried sleeping with windows closed on the first night. But it was awful. Then we realised there were mould spores in the air conditioners so we didn't turn them on because of not wanting them to get in our lungs. Interestingly, there was less smell of mould without them on. The mattress was not great. My wife sank to the middle because I am heavier, so I had to sleep on the edge. The decor in the property is not to our liking, but it's not our place, so we could live with that. They have those beautiful walls that have those exposed stones, and they covered them with really unnecessary artwork and photo frames of people that are obviously not their family. The fridge didn't work, but Vasilis helped out by organising a bar fridge. It was very windy, so the pool was getting lots of dust in it. When the filter is on, it sucks the film of dirt off the top. Impressively strong. But when it is off, the dust just sits on the top. That's in the evening when you want to have an evening swim. The bottom of the pool was full of dust. All you need is a creepy crawly to go around and clean it up which they don't have. Plus, the pool has a plastic lining. It is not tiled, which for some reason was not that appealing to us but is probably fine for most people. There's no salt or pepper, so if you want those things to make a meal in the kitchen provided, you have to bring your own. We've stayed in a lot of places, and you get that included. The magazines that were on the shelf were from 2010 to 2012. It looks like that is when everything was purchased for this property. It could do with an update that wouldn't cost that much, and they could probably charge a bit more and recover the cost quickly.

When we arrived we were friendly met and got a tout through the huge villa really Cosy place and we'll decorated in what I thinks is old English style. We were with 4 adults and had more than enough room. Also the terras in the shade and the swimming pool were often used. The view on the sea with the surfing going on was also nice. Really, we do not see any room for improvement and loved our stay

The villa is beautifully decorated and offers you a lot of privacy. Lots of reading nooks and places to relax. Great location very close to Golden Beach and an easy drive to Naoussa.
