"El agua caliente que nunca llegó"

El personal era muy amable y servicial.

Estuve una semana sin agua caliente le decía que no funcionaba, me decían que lo iban a arreglar y así cada día. El aire acondicionado lo apagaban por la noche Finalmente decidí irme antes de tiempo, obviamente no me han devuelto nada.

"It was okay. Nothing special."

We like that it was a bit away from downtown. It was also in the beachfront so it was really nice.

The Villa was not that really good. They do not have television in the room. They do not have also cafè. The toiletries they give is not that good.

Villas were clean and spacious. Location close to the beach was good.

No wifi inside the villas. No communication from staff. Restaurant closed on Christmas eve and Christmas day. Without letting know. No laundry service. Smell from bathroom inside villa. No minibar. Staff is not willingly to work. This place is too expensive for what you got. There are way better places to sleep and stay in Siargao.
