Lovely room, thought about the guest with microwave and fridge. Good communication and easy access.

Temperature. Woke up at 4 roasting! Barely got back to sleep after that. Shame, as was a lovely room.

Peripheral bits - fridge, microwave, toaster, plates and cutlery, can opener (with bottle opener), washing up bowl, washing up liquid, sponge and tea towel. Well thought out! Great coms from owners and easy to get into

I have stayed here a few times, perfect location for Mount Batten. Well presented but beginning to show age, bathroom cabinets with pealing edging etc
