The Lake House

Third time I've stayed at the Lake House. Accommodation is clean, comfortable and facilities are good. Like the fridge and microwave. Shower was powerful and rooms were quiet. Good check in procedure and was great to have parking so easily. Excellent location for Mountbatten

WiFI was confusing - there were three different versions. Was a bit slow and buffering at times

All we required, for a flying visit, bed comfortable, clean and we will re book again

Unable to get the Wi-Fi to work and plinth under the shower needed to be fixed back, some extra shelving would have helped

Room only, chosen on the basis of location and no other criteria. Parking excellent, room clean, good shower which was a wet room, drain cleared after encouragement. Passcode access system worked well, comfortable bed,

Walls are thin, able to hear others in the building, no desk to enable work to be done, an essential in any hotel room used as a business stay away from office. Bedroom (only room as such) was functional, but the two walk in cupboards set either end of the room housed toilet and shower, respectively, very pokey. Room faced onto a wall so just as well I wasn't interetested in a view.

Perfect for a one night stay when visiting the area, very helpful when we couldn’t get on to wifi although we couldn’t get back on to it when we came back from eating out but didn’t bother to call again. Also very helpful when we left a bag outside by mistake in the morning. Thanks Kelly

Didn’t meet just but it was a smooth process. Lovely little room and ensuite. Well supplied with everything you could need.

Bed was a bit firm. Others leaving in the morning banged the heavy doors.
