Mattress too soft. Duvet too light. Hand basin in bathroom too small

Excellent location for my needs. Room very clean and really appreciated the microwave and kettle. Nice and quiet and good provision of local information.

Handy position for walks, ferry etc.

Zero interpersonal connection with owner or staff. Let yourself in,let yourself out sorta place. No interest in meeting guest's, just a way to make £££s. Why go into the hospitality business if you are not hospitable or interested in paying guests? Sadly, on the increase in these unfriendly, inhospitable times.😢

Extra touches like a toaster and microwave were really nice. Check in and communication were easy. Room was comfy and generally clean and in good state of repair. Tiny, but absolutely well equipped and comfortable.

The mattress is clearly a little old and has a dip on the side where people sit! The bed was still fine, but this does need replacing. Also a chain or something on the door would give peace of mind for solo female visitors, because of the keypad entry it felt a little vulnerable.

Ten minutes by car from The Barbican area of Plymouth, with its many bars and restaurants. Set in an urban area, with a green opposite and close to a creek where small yachts moor. The pin number access to the property and rooms was simple to operate. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The hosts were helpful (by phone) with advice on parking in Plymouth.

Our room at the rear of the property was fine, but overlooked by houses, the view was not inspiring. For a one night stay, this was not a problem.

Great communication before arrival and the flat was very clean. Lovely shower.
