Kings Arms Hotel

The rooms were nice and Spacious with a mini fridge which was an added bonus , the bed was very comfy great tea and coffee making and essentials like an Iron

Breakfast cereals in the room were out of date, and access outside the building was really difficult to master i repeatedly needed help with the access door to gain entry

Good location very clean

No water or milk in fridge. cereal packets no bowls or milk

Welcoming, flexible. Nice country style decor. Very comfortable and spacious bedroom with private well equipped bathroom. Friendly staff. Perfect for a short break or stop over. Parking available but also a minute's walk to the mainline station. Would recommend.

WiFi could be better

Homely and comfortable bedrooms with excellent modern bathroom. Ice garden area. Good choices on menu. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice country walks for my dog.

Great hotel with friendly staff and delicious pub meals. Located in a convenient area near Stansted Airport Rooms were comfortable with lovely furnishings and amenities

Coffee cups were dirty,but this could have been an oversight as room was clean otherwise

Arriving at the hotel and it was completely closed, no member of staff answered the door or answered the telephone. I was left stranded. Randomly received an email at 4am with access details which was several hours after I arrived. They offered a full refund which I am still chasing. I have now contacted Booking directly for resolution.

How close it was to the train station. Size of the rooms. Also they were happy to keep our luggage once we had checked out until we were travelling back which allowed us to us the whole day to do what we wanted.

The selection of tea and coffee had run low which was a bit disappointing.
