Noisy from banging doors in main part of pub directly below the room which shook the bed. Room was dusty. Shower head was broken and wouldn’t stay in Wall bracket properly. No shampoo or shower gel in shower. Mould and damaged damp walls in bathroom

The ambiance, and the staff. The room was very quiet at night and I slept very well. The bed was comfortable and clean. I liked the tea and coffee and kettle but some of the dishes were not the cleanest. I liked the pub downstairs. The food was good and so was the service and staff working there.

This room is dirty. It needs a serious dusting and a serious deep cleaning of the walls, baseboards, surfaces and knick knacks. The walls need repainting and the carpet is filthy. There are lots of dirty nooks and crannies. I had no idea how to turn on the heat and worried I would be cold but I didn’t end up being cold luckily. One of the windows didn’t close all the way.

Location Room was spacious and bed comfy. Decor good

Shower hose leaked badly and water everywhere. Only one English breakfast teabag. Back door to pub kept banging loudly and had to go downstairs and ask for it to be locked. Only bed, no breakfast
