The room was full of character, well designed, comfortable and very clean. Lively pub below with great food and drink. The staff were very welcoming. Thank you.

We stayed in Room 2. Not noisy from below or the road. Great facilities TV, Kettle, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, mirror, bath and shower, fridge and there is milk and cereals in the room for breakfast. Multiple sockets and USB outlets. All in all a nice stay and better than expected from what we had read beforehand. There was plenty of heat and hot water although the radiator was hard to control and not everywhere was spotless but plenty good enough. Chair, desk and plenty of pillows and cushions. Slept well.

Access to room up steep stairs, flooded main entrance (no fault of premises) heating a bit unpredictable but appreciated a small portable heater in room.

Good location, didnt do breakfast, v comfortable bed and nice pillows

Thermostat on radiator not working so either freezing or boiling. Ran out of milk for the room. Water for bath not v hot, think they had boiler issues during our stay

No late check out and it was Sunday And meeting family for Sunday lunch Sat in local cafe for a long time
