Apartment LINIMA

Everything looked good and all necessities were there at our service for about 10 days stay. Host was great and very helpful

The room was tiny 🤣 On the pictures looked bigger, so it was a bit surprising for us. Maybe a good choice for a solo traveller, but for a couple its quite difficult to maneuver inside the room. But again, its just something that happens. Overall we enjoyed.

Location wasn't near much but was easily reached by taxi services and delivery services. For what I needed it was more than satisfactory. The fact that my room was heated for me at arrival was so nice👌💕

The house was located near the city centre. It only took 15-20 minutes to get there on foot. The owner was very responsive.

There was a TV which we’re out of order. The owner brought new elements for the TV stick but still it didn’t work. The bathroom was not clean and it smelled bad. There were cups in the kitchen which were dirty and you could see the coffee leftovers. The electrical outlets were half broken and the door frame of one of the rooms too. In the description it was written that house provides also slippers, but the owner said they don’t.

Very affordable, a 15-20 minute walk from the centre of Tbilisi. In a quiet area. The apartment was clean and we had a portable heater in there, which was nice to have in December. The little kitchenette was super.

It would have been nice to get some check-in instructions before we arrived. I had told the host when we would be there, but when we came there was no one around. I had to activate expensive mobile data to message the host asking for instructions, which I received immediately. It would have been more convenient to have these before arrival. The bathroom was very small, the toilet is literally inside the shower, which is a little inconvenient. The bed was quite small too for a double.

The apartment is clean, surrounding area is quiet and safe. Nuki is so helpful and accommodating, excellent wifi connection and heating system. Overall we enjoy our stay.

Good value for money, nice location near the trinity church. Within walking distance to Avlabari metro station. All basic necessities covered,even a small kitchen

The room was on the small side. This particular room had no washing machine (but guests from other room allowed me to use theirs)
