Manager is great. Very kind. Cheap.

Long term residents. It’s not a hostel. I felt like “ allowed to stay in someone’s dormitory house “. A resident girl was talking on the phone until 2am. Another resident girl was watching movies or listening radio without headphones. My bed is uncomfortable because of thin mattress and hard bed springs.
