"Habitaciones con cucarachas y falta total de atención al cliente"

La ubicación.

Cuando entramos en la habitación junto al recepcionista, encontramos cuatro cucarachas en la ducha. Nos indicó que no podía cambiarnos de habitación porque no disponía de ninguna libre. Al día siguiente, al realizar el check-out, ni siquiera nos preguntó si el problema se había solucionado ni mostró interés por lo ocurrido. Además, todo el rellano olía constantemente a fritanga, independientemente de la hora del día. Una experiencia muy decepcionante, especialmente por la falta de atención ante un problema tan grave de higiene.
