On doit avoir une automobile car éloigné des attraits touristiques. Le petit déjeuner incomplet et on doit le faire soi-même. C' est donc plus un appartement qu' un bed et breakfast, ce qui nous a vraiment déçu. Pas de coussin sur les chaises de jardin contrairement aux photos.

Wir hatten die Wohnung mit Meerblick. Der Ausblick war fantastisch, insbesondere von der Dachterrasse! Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und gut eingerichtet, bequeme Betten und viele Sitzgelegenheiten.

Anders als in der Beschreibung angegeben, gab es keine Klimaanlage, sondern nur zwei Ventilatoren. Nach der Beschreibung sollte ein „gutes Frühstück inbegriffen“ sein. Es wurde kein Frühstück angeboten, sondern es waren nur einige abgepackte Lebensmittel und Eier (keine Butter, kein Obst, kein frisches Brot) vorhanden, mit denen man sich selbst ein Frühstück zubereiten konnte.

L’appartamento è bellissimo e il nostro soggiorno è stato da sogno. Rosa Anna è stata molto disponibile e ci ha fatto anche trovare diverse cose per la colazione senza lattosio, date le nostre allergie. Spero di poter tornare presto in questo luogo meraviglioso!

Beautiful view, big rooms, comfy beds, nice bathroom, the air-conditioning works perfectly. The host was really nice and helpful. We are the proof that even though the apartment is in a remote place and it is recommended to visit by car, it is absolutely doable with public transport: there is a bus line which departs every hour from almost the entrance of the apartment and also brings you up from the train station. There is a little grocery shop right on the other side of the street, it's a little expensive but has everything you need. For a beach day we recommend the beach of Vico Equense (Lido Il Pezzolo and its surroundings) rather than the beaches of Seiano. Vico Equense (just like the train station for the Circumvesuviana Napoli-Sorrento line) can be reached easily with bus from the apartment.

The dishwashing situation is a little bit hostile, because there is limited warm water in the not-very-practical kitchen sink, and we also didnt find a normal sponge. The kitchen is lacking a cheese grater which i think would be a must in an italian kitchen, other than these two things everything was very nice.
