Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual 'Schoolies Week' period. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that sheets and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Sheets and towels: 25 AUD per person (bed-making is an extra charge) If you wish to hire bedding, please let the property know prior to your arrival, using the special request box when booking or using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. When travelling with dogs, please note that a deposit of AUD 200 applies.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A deposit may be required at the property.
