"Remarkable bad experience at the first day"

Very helpful and friendly staff, good Wifi

I didnt got the appartement i booked. 2 days before arrival i got message from owner that it is Not possible to check in to this appartement. I was informed to use a similiar appartement at the same location. This appartement had much lower quality (safety issues, no curtains, unsufficent aircon ...). Next day, i got a better alternative appartement at same place which i used until end of stay. Unfortunatley there was no refund from the owner for the first very bad day.
