The accommodation has two rooms. the owner informed me before check in that there is a possibility that another guest will come to the other room. finally no one came

SHE DIS NOT PUT ANY BREACKFAST !!! The host lIVES inside the apartment, BEHIND A MIRROR she (using a mirror like a wall ) Horror! She rent a room in fact and do not let us in diningroom like in photos. It is a very dirty apartment. In the kitchen it is nothing clean. In the refrigerator were only moldy scraps, almost empty boxes of leftover jams. we couldn't eat any of them for breakfast. On the table were the unwrapped rounds for slimming, unwrapped, bitten. And a opened bottle with juice. The embarrassing host asked us not to close the entrance door!!!! She lied us other person will book room number 2, BUT ON SITE WRITTEN VERY CLEAR-SOLD OUT!!! All night we was afraid. In the night somebody from neighbors screem In fact The host ,Elena it is name, living in apartment and rent a room and share the bath!!! O. MY GAD! she come to control us and came to pee!!! It was penible. Not hot water, just cold water! Because in room smell bed we slept in the dining room. The terrase doors can not closed !!! It is at 3 floor and the straircase is sleem and provokes you diziness. For the next day she canceled our reservation and ask to take luggage imediately. We was happy because recuperate the money BUT very concerning abaut our luggage. I said her, I will call police if do not let us to come back to take luggage at 5 PM because at 14 when she called I was with my daughter at Spart Hall Arena for jujitsu competition . Finally We taken a taxi and a 4PM we recuperated our luggage and TANKS GOD WE ARE A LIVE!!! It was first time when happen like this. We hope BOOKING WILL INVESTIGATE WHAT HAPPEN WITH THIS OFFER FOR ALL CLIENTS. thank you for this review

The kitchen and the living room

Shared space with another traveller. Had to adjust noise level for other traveller. The sink drain sprays water everywhere. Can't close window in bedroom, so too much light in the morning.

Elena was very helpful. I have arrived late at night and she was very responsive. The room was big, the bed was comfortable, clean sheets. I saw a few complaints about cokroaches - I haven't seen any. This is not a hotel, it's a private apartment where the host rents two rooms. So don't be surprised if you meet a stranger in the common area. For privacy, double the budget (at least) and book somewhere else.

The bathroom could use a better cleaning.

Very good place to stay in close proximity to the center of Heraklion. Clean, comfortable, with almost everything you need. Elena is very hospitable and makes sure you have a good stay. The bed was really comfortable to sleep in which is hard to find for me. The location is good for organized tours because the pick-up points are very close.

Until the Kasteli airport is completed, Heraklion's biggest drawback cannot be avoided.

Big appartment with terrace

The bathroom was old and un funzionale

The access to the city center was easy, just 15 minutes walking. The terrace is cute and has a nice view over the city. The room has air conditioning and is comfortable. The host is a very nice person, we felt very welcome :)

The shower is a bit awkward to use and we didn't manage to get cold water, but this did not affect our lovely stay too much :)

The room was big and clean, the host was very kind. In 20 min by walk you can arrive in the city centre. The airport can be reached easily by bus. There was a fridge in the room.

The included breakfast was not much, only supermarket stuff.
