L’appartement se trouve dans le centre de toute les petites rues commerçantes face a la mer et au coucher de soleil le soir. Les équipements sont suffisants. Peut être bruyant la nuit avec le passage dans la rue arrière.

Les escaliers sont un peu dangereux
