Great location, very clean apartment. Very clear instructions with video about how to get in the apartment. We stayed with the two dogs for 4 weeks and loved it. Had all the necessary things in the kitchen for cooking, it had extra towels, bedding etc. Has hairdryer, iron, kettle microwave. Had everything you will need to be comfortable. Nice balcony as well. We will book again in the future when we come this way. Thank you

Nice apartment with enough space, close to the beach. Washing machine and small kitchen available.

The building itself is old and no one cared about the stairs and the common space. There was old broken furniture after the stairs with a lot of dust. Stairs itself also were dirty. We ve never seen a person although we were there 3 days. They said they try to organize a babybed but they couldnt. No one told us this before, maybe because we could have cancelled (there was a option for free cancellation). Many stairs and no elevator, hard to carry the babystroller manyt times as we needed it as a baby bed.

I likes the location and the modern furniture

It was not clean. The toilet has hair and dust and when ypu flushed the water was dirty. The kitchen was not clean as well

Little but cosy and comfortable apartment located in the proximity of sea promenade of Neoi Epivates and Peraia, adjacent to all major beaches and to the local docks (frequent boats are sailing from here to the Thessaloniki White Tower and to the Port, with a trip duration of approx. 50 minutes at a decent price of € 7/person for one ride). The apartment is somewhat hidden behind some narrow side-streets but for the same reason quite silent and secluded. There is an equipped kitchen and air conditioning inside the flat, the wifi is powerful. Also a balcony can be used to gain some more space for breakfast or relaxing at sunset. The Makedonia Thessaloniki Airport is just approx. 7/8 Kms apart, so a ride by taxi will cost you approx 18 to 20 € to reach the address (an efficient bus service is also available, but to locate the apaprtment won't be easy at all after getting off the bus).

The inner part of the building is not well maintained and badly organized The first impression entering the tenement premises is not positive, since the inner walls are a bit scraped off and some cables are hanging out. It's a pity because the apartment inside is freshly renovated. Also the boiler for hot water was switched off when checking-in and one has to look for the right swich in the corridor's cabinet to be connected before having a hot shower (some kind of written notice for the guest to be left inside the flat would be welcome).
