Butterfly View Suites

Μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν υπέροχα διακοσμημένο, η καθαριότητα υποδειγματική ενώ η θέα από την αυλή ήταν πραγματικά μαγευτική. Μας υποδέχτηκαν με σπιτικές μαρμελάδες και λικέρ και η κυρία Ευθυμία μας έφερνε κάθε πρωί σπιτικά τοπικά κεράσματα. Το περιβάλλον ήταν ήσυχο και ο κήπος γεμάτος πολύχρωμα λουλούδια. Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την υπέροχη φιλοξενία! Το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Από τα καλύτερα καταλύματα που έχω μείνει! Να ξεκινήσω με την ιδιοκτήτρια, την Ευθυμία, που είναι ένας υπέροχος άνθρωπος, τόσο γλυκιά, ευγενική, δοτική, πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει! Παρόλο που δεν περιλαμβάνεται πρωινό στην τιμή, δεν υπήρξε μέρα που να μην μας κεράσει κάτι από τα χρυσά χεράκια της! Κουλουράκια, πίτες, κέικ, γλυκά του κουταλιού, τούρτες, τοπικές λιχουδιές κ.α... Επίσης στο ψυγείο υπήρχαν σπιτικές μαρμελάδες, φρυγανιές, γάλα, χυμοί, λικέρ, νερό. Το κατάλυμα έχει ένα μοναδικό μπαλκόνι, μέσα στα λουλούδια, με μια υπέροχη θέα προς το κάστρο και τη χώρα και η πρόσβαση προς τη χώρα γίνεται με τα πόδια σε μόλις 10' ή αν μετακινηθείτε με τα βανάκια του νησιού η στάση είναι ακριβώς κάτω από το σπίτι, κατεβαίνοντας λίγα σκαλιά. Ο χώρος είναι πολύ προσεγμένος και όμορφα διακοσμημένος, μέχρι την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια. Η καθαριότητα είναι αδιαπραγμάτευτη! Όλα αστράφτουν! Επίσης είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένο για όποιον θέλει να μαγειρέψει. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα! Θα επιστρέψουμε σίγουρα! Ευθυμία ευχαριστούμε τόσο πολύ! Μας έκανες να νιώσουμε τόσο οικεία!

The property was well maintained and kept clean. Loved the hospitality and the owner going over and beyond was a wonderful surprise.

The stairs are one thing to be aware of if you have mobility issues however definitely out of owners control

I stayed in this spacious and fully equipped apartment for a week. The hosts were very friendly. They picked me up from the port and brought me back again. There were little gifts every day, such as cakes, pastries and fresh fruit. The accommodation is cleaned daily. You have a wonderful view of the old town and the Chora. Everything around the accommodation is very green and has lots of flowers. There are a few steps down to the port, but that didn't bother me. To get to the Chora, you can walk along the street above, which takes about 15 minutes, then you save yourself the stairs. I can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

Everything, the house was stunning with a high standard finish throughout. The hosts were the nicest hosts that we have came across in the 3 years we have travelled Greece. Picked up up from the port at 0130 and dropped us back again, allow us to stay longer on departing day and shower, cleaned the room everyday, fresh baked breakfast, treats on the arrival, the list is endless. Host don’t speak much English and we don’t speak much Greek but this was no issue as we could still communicate and made us make the effort to try to speak Greek as you should when visiting someone’s country. I couldn’t recommend this property enough. Thank you for an amazing time.

This is the best studio I have been to in Greece by far. My aunt and I felt right at home: every morning (and every now and then in the afternoon) Stavros knocked on the door to bring us the delicacies prepared by his wife Eythimia, one better than the other. The studio was cleaned to perfection every day and the towels and sheets were changed every two days. On the first day Stavros came to pick us up at the airport and helped us with the luggage and as soon as we arrived we found the fridge with many things for breakfast and Stavros brought us a welcome tray with water, rakomelo (raki + honey) and glikò koutalioù (fruit in syrup). Stunning location, excellent view of the chora and above all the best owners I have ever met not only in Greece, but everywhere till now. What can I say? The best studio I have ever found since traveling to Greece! Χάρηκα πολύ που σας γνώρισα, Ευθυμία και Σταύρο!

I can't imagine staying anywhere else on the island. If you're reading this review, stop looking at other options and book the Butterfly House! Euthimia & Stavros are some of the best hosts we have ever had, and we have traveled all over Greece. The apartment is welcoming and comfortable and very clean. The view is to die for and it's incredibly peaceful. The location looks at the best side of Chora and is walkable if you really want to. Euthimia & Stavros could not have been more kind & helpful - just to name a few special things - they picked us up & took us to the airport, took us to their favorite beaches, found us a rental car, brought us fresh homemade breakfast every morning (and a welcome drink & snack), let us check into the room extremely early (8am!) so we could sleep after our morning arrival, recommended favorite local restaurants, added additional adapters to the wall outlet by the bed when they saw we filled the existing ones....I mean come on...you cannot beat that kind of hospitality. The care here is unmatched. Really really incredible. Book this room!!!

The appartment, the hospitality, the bed, the cleanness, the surprises we got every day. It is just perfect here. We celebrated our honeymoon here!

Nothing. The smell we mentionned in earlier review was gone. There was a technicsl problem. Now we just could smell the flowers outside!
