lovely owners. beautiful outside area and very short walk away from the centre. they let us use their washing machine whilst here and left us with postcards - super sweet! nice that it had a bug net over the bed. also allowed you to pick if you wanted the top or bottom room!

it did feel a bit dark and floor got (felt) dirty easily. owners didn't speak any english which is understandable but made it slightly harder to communicate (but you'll love them anyways!!). also quite cramped, not ideal if you want to use the kitchen and bathroom was also quite tight which made the floor get wet a lot. perfect for a short stay though

My wife and I stayed here and we loved the location of the property. It felt like we were staying in a private Tuscany villa. The hosts are wonderful and helpful, yet not intrusive. I was concerned about parking but our host showed me where to park nearby for free. This is walkable to town or nearby shopping.

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Die Besitzer sind super nett. Zu Fuß ist man nur ein paar Gehminuten von San Gimignano entfernt. Die Unterkunft hat eine super Aussicht auf die Altstadt.

Ein herrlicher Garten. Die Nähe zu San Gimignano und die gesamte Umgebung. Die Wohnung hat Charme, ein bequemes Bett, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

l'accoglienza è il punto di forza della struttura, ti fanno sentire a casa, il signore è anche un esperto del posto, sa consigliare non solo dove mangiare o altri servizi ma anche cosa visitare nel borgo e anche nei paesi limitrofi raccontando dettagli interessanti sulla storia di ogni elemento.

THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST SHORT-TERM RENTAL PROPERTIES I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD. THE HOSTS ARE UNBELIEABLY GRACIOUS AND HELPFUL. THE BED AND LINENS WERE FANTASTIC. EVERY DETAIL A TRAVELER COULD WANT IS PROVIDED. I HOPE YOU ENJOY YOUR STAY AS MUCH AS WE DID.
