Very good location to discover the area and Ceglie, nice garden, nice swimming pool:)

Shower is very small, kitchen looks very cheap and it’s very basic, second bedroom’s beds are short, but it’s a nice place altogether for a short stay

Pool and pool area is very nice.

1. Once communication with the hosts was established, they attempted to add multiple terms and conditions over and above those within booking.com, including additional fees. e.g. they requested an additional €200 cleaning fee, which was already included in the booking.com contract. When we showed them the booking.com site, they backed down. 2. The hosts live on site, and were very intrusive. Every day, they were around. Maintaining the property, the pool, etc. It felt like they were watching us. We have hired villas in Puglia multiple times previously, and never had people working on the property while we were there. 3. We had 2 friends visit one evening. The hosts arrived and interrupted our evening, demanding to know who these visitors were. They demanded their passports, allegedly to keep a record of visitors for the police! This was the last straw for us... 4. They set a limit on the number of KWh of electricity that could be used by the air conditioners, after which additional fees would be incurred (not in the T’s & C’s on booking.com). But there is no way of knowing how much power is being consumed. 5. One of the aircons was not working when we arrived, the other ran for 2 days because there was no way to switch it off. 6. Both units are sparsely and cheaply furnished, with the bare minimum. e.g. no salt, no pepper, no olive oil in either unit 7. The large unit: the hob didn’t work when we arrived, the oven hadn’t been cleaned from the previous guests, only 2 dishwasher tablets were provided and hidden with the pegs!, no cloths for wiping the surfaces or dishes, no tea towels, no dishwashing liquid. 8. The small unit: the fridge is very small, one couch for 2 people only despite sleeping 4, sitting room is very small.
