La Victorel

The location itself is a wonderful gateway to nature but also a good starting point to visit cities like Sibiu, Sighisoara or Alba Iulia. The traditional style of the houses is very creative and inside you have all the comfort you need.

We had full autonomy over a home, including two outdoor eating areas, barbeque, fireplace. Extremely friendly host who went out of the way to help us (had some clothes washed for us). The kids were able to roam in a safe environment outside, pick all raspberries and plums the could find, and more. Breakfast was at a different location 4 mins walk, but absolutely amazing. Almost a pity how much food was served and uneaten by us - with local produce (especially blackberries, tomatoes, fresh buffalo milk were amazing) with huge cheese (cascaval, burduf, cash, telemea) and meat charcuterie selection on a platter.

Beautiful house - perfect if you enjoy remote areas and also very well connected for things to do around Sibiu or others. The house was very traditional, but well maintained and clean, with all facilities required. The breakfast was amazing - fresh local produce and very tasty!

An exceptionally designed villa, clean and tidy, We were 2+3, the place can totally accommodate more people, two floors, very spacious.

We stayed here at the end of a day on the Transfagarasan. A beautifully decorated house in a typical Romanian village. Very comfortable beds, good showers and off-street parking. Badminton, chess and other games. We stayed in the summer, but it would also be a lovely cozy hide-away in winter.
