Appartamento pulito, spazioso e luminoso. Ma il portico con il tavolo grande e le sedie è sicuramente quello che più mi è piaciuto. Accogliente, caratteristico.

Forse la colazione, magari proporrei brioches con più alternative di gusto o qualche torta. Arricchirla un po'.

Spacious and clean apartment, modern bathroom, easy communication with the host. Amazing place to stay.

Easy check-in. Close to both the lake + train station. Our host was very responsive and great with assisting with our queries.

Had a mix up with booking the double room with 2 beds but in the end only sheets for 1 bed. Better to make sure this is clear from the start.

We were checked in an hour earlier, the location is good, close to the city center

It was freezing cold in the room at night and there was no way to heat the room up, there were not AC controller or a heater, not even a decent blanket. Only a sheet and a couple of bed’s covers. Breakfast was terrible, there was only sweet food. No fresh bread, no eggs, no cheese. Only 2 donuts, cookies, some fruits and crackers with sweet jams. Last year we stayed at another family hotel and the owner was there for us every single morning to cook fresh hot breakfast. I was very upset, we had to spend extra to have breakfast at a restaurant

If you're looking for an authentic and cozy place to stay at a fair price, this is the right choice. Lucia and her daughter Nathi made our stay especially enjoyable. They gave us a lot of tips (restaurants, cafés, wine tastings, etc.) and were always available to answer any questions. Every morning, there was fruit, pastries, and drinks, and upon my request, they also provided vegetarian alternatives. The accommodation is perfectly located near the train station for day trips, and the lake is only a 10-minute walk away. Thank you, Lucia and Nathi, for your warm hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay! :)

Wonderful stay very close to centre of Desenzano. The room is spacious and clean, staff were wonderful and very accommodating.
