The staff was really kind. Location excellent and convenient. The invoicing was easy, thank you for that. Paid additional dinners were absolutely amazing.

The accomodation kept our IDs while we were there referring to GDPR, I found this slightly dodgy. Interesting the next accomodation could provide a consent form that they can photocopy our IDs, so we could keep them with us all the time (which is also required by Italian law). No hot water AT ALL in bathroom, also mould and rusty places there - not feeling very clean. Very noisy windows and doors, so hard to have a good sleep.
