Curățenie exemplară și atenție la detalii. Apartamentul este bine aranjat și are tot ce ai nevoie. Locație bună, aproape de centru, accesibilă atât ca preț, cât și ca poziționare. Parcare gratuită chiar în fața blocului. Canapea extensibilă confortabilă, pat comod și Wi-Fi de calitate.

Singurul minus — și nu unul foarte important — este spațiul redus de lângă vasul de toaletă, deoarece în fața acestuia se află o mașină de spălat rufe, de altfel foarte utilă, însă care face dificilă așezarea și ridicarea pentru o persoană cu picioare lungi și/sau o conformație mai robustă.
