Hotel Las Caobas

The hotel met our expectations, the room was clean, the food was good, the facilities were okay. The staff were very friendly and tried their best to satisfy our request. The pool was great!

The wifi internet service is lacking, the signal was very weak, signal did not work in the entire room only if I stood by the door of the room. The room lacked amenities, for example a hair dryer was not available in the room. Also, the lighting in the room was insufficient, the room was still too dark with all the overhead lights on. And the room did not have any lamps or alarm clocks.

The hotel was convenient and clean. Local breakfast was tasteful.

The staff was short and customer service could have been better. Shortly after I ran my car at this hotel my CC information was stolen. The water in the shower filled the entire bathroom. Small bathroom.
