Au căutat să-mi dea altă cameră cu geamul în tavan la mansardă fără balcon motivând că cea rezervată de mine are caloriferul defect. La refuzul meu am primit o cameră la parter.Sunt convins că, cameră rezervată de mine au vrut să o de altcuiva, iar caloriferul nu avea nimic.
