The staff lack of customer service… We are not allowed to eat outside food in the hotel room… we only got to know about it when we check-in… honestly speaking, this was the fist time I encountered such rule…

Un vrai petit hôtel familial. Une équipe accueillante et chaleureuse. Super petit déjeuner.

Les matelas méritent peut-être changer, car fatigués. Cela dit, on a bien dormi, nous étions fatigués, nous aussi.

Very quiet and nice apartment. Washing machine at Basement 1. The view from the apartment is amazing. Supermarket just opposite.

Will be perfect if got 2 toilets instead of 1 in 3 bedrooms apartment. And a bit pricey.

The waiter for the evening meal was grumpy unfortunately as the meal was good.

The location was great.

Mostly the staff. No one was friendly and they acted like you were bothering them. Wanted to charge extra at the free breakfast buffet for a second cup of coffee. They actually got mad when we left our keys in the room when checking out. There were few basic necessities in the room. No Kleenex, no soap, no luggage rack. We would not recommend staying here. They just dont care about tourists, even though the tourists support them financially. Shame.
