The Carrington Inn - Bungendore

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious

It was old and tired and very expensive

Close proximity and it was very clean and very quiet

It was like it was abandoned , no one there , no one there , we stayed in the middle . Absolutely no one . It was weird . The grass was not mowed , the car park looked unkept but the roses looked good . We stayed for two nights nearly decided to leave after the first . It had a weird vibe .

Room lacked some of the "little touches" expected from a motel of their reputation.

Lovely accommodation in Bungendore. We've been driving past the Carrington for years on trips to the South Coast, always commenting about having a night here one day! We finally did it! It's a beautiful old style motel, well kept, clean with great room facilities. Sadly, the beer garden was closed for renovations, so we couldn't experience all the Carrington has to offer.

Whilst very clean and comfortable, we think it is overpriced for what is essentially a country town motel.
