Didn't see the staff due to late arrival, but clear instruction provided regarding the key lock box. Great room, very clean and easy walk to centre of town. Would be happy to stay at the Carrington again and recommend to anyone looking for accommodation.

Would be good if undercover parking was available, due to the heat during our stay.

the room size was great the shower was amazing that was the highlight

The room was very musty when we entered it smelt like noone had been in there for weeks the windowsills were very dusty the room was a fair distance from the closest parking area the room itself needed updating. The rate we paid for the room/ facilities we were expecting a 5 star room which was not the case, we traveled from Melbourne to The Sunshine Coast and return and we stayed in a wide selections of rooms varying from 1/3 to 1/2 of the price of the Carrington
