Hostel Buen descanso

Comfortable, friendly staff, close to the centre - very clean and even had my own private room! Fantastic value for money

Dona Magi is the mother of every backpacker! The hostel Is in a nice position in the mercado. Clean and nice, you're going to descansar and enjoy!

Close to bus terminal by walking or city bus can transfer buses at terminal to go to caso viejo in middle of outdoor market outside door

Nothing not to like

The shower has cold water and no curtain, thus the bathroom always flooded. I suggest to buy curtains to avoid this problem. Internet not always working properly and the receptionist played with exchange rates when I arrived and had to pay, charging some more dollars at the end, but overall good value for money

Very comfortable place for the price you pay. Great location. The ladies who work there are also very flexible and accommodating.

The room was nice, common areas were great, a nice living room and a great kitchen. Maggie, the host, was lovely. It felt like being part of a family.

Nice patio, super friendly staff, and atmosphere. The room was comfortable, and the wifi worked well.

Showers without curtains - it would be helpful to keep the bathroom and toilet dry:)
