A cama eh boa e o banho também! A maria na recepção eh muito atenciosa .

Meu quarto apresentou defeito da fechadura à noite e o atendimento noturno não soube resolver , me deixando sem minhas coisas e tendo q dormir em outro quarto! Um absurdo uma vez q existia uma chave mestra para abrir e ele não tinha conhecimento. Foi muito desgastante pois ficamos do lado de fora sem absolutamente nada até amanhecer e perceber q bastava conectar um equipamento e abrir a porta . A sauna tb não funciona bem.

Good location, not far to the beach entrance. Pool clean, nice little bar and the gentleman working there was super nice and caring. Our bathroom was refurbished, shame I couldn’t say that about the rest of the property..

Our room smelt of damp ( I know we are in a tropical and humid climate however the smell was close to unbearable..) Bedsheets were dirty and pillows smelt of old sweat.. the pictures of rooms definitely are better than the reality - rooms are dark and not modern. Breakfast was ok but not a single vegetable available. Lots of bread, cheese. Our key card wasn’t working most of the time so we had to keep going back to reception to reprogramme it. I think if the price was lower, you wouldn’t mind all of the above but we paid pretty over what the hotel is worth.

Friendly staff, onsite parking, umbrellas and chairs set up on the beach, breakfast

Would dine elsewhere for dinner although the filet mignon was beautifully cooked.

The room card wasn’t working properly. We needed to get reception to revalidate every time we needed to get into the room.
