"Beautiful Pousada in a great and quiet location with amazing staff."

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Pousada Flor do mar and wish we could've stayed longer. The staff is extremely kind and was putting a lot of effort to help us in every aspect. The breakfast is great and served in the gorgeous courtyard of the pousada. Finally the location couldn't be better as it is towards the end of the historic centre it is super quiet yet close to everything and beautiful bay views are just opposite.Thank you very much!!

"great experience in Paraty"

location is amazing. short 2 minute walk to the Pier to get in one of the 100s of boats doing day trips to all the surrounding islands. Also a short walk to the center with all the restaurants and small shops. owner/ manager Dax and his lovely wife were extremely helpful. walked us to nearby restaurants and helped us find a table! Dax also accompanied us to the pier to make sure we got a good boat. very helpful and kind.

nothing really. rooms are a bit basic but that is normal in this type of authentic, small resort town.

"Very nice and it will be great when the public works are over."

I liked the ambience and the decor. The palce is very nice and cozy. The staff is super friendly and D. Regina, the owner, she is an awesome host.

There are some public works on the street which may give some bad smell. It is something that expectadely will soon be ok, but you need to inform if the public works are still ongoing. So the place didn't meet our expactions, not because of the pousada iteself, but because of the public works.
