"No frills pousada but good value for location."

Beautiful garden. Friendly host, Germana. Simple, no frills pousada. Inexpensive, relative to other options close to town center. Room had a mini fridge. Good wifi.Breakfast included several vegan options but I had to bring my own soy milk for coffee. Germana did offer to allow me to use the kitchen if I needed to, which I appreciated. Shower was nice and hot. Our room had a balcony with a lovely view.

The place was simple, but a little too simple...no top sheet on bed. No bedside table. Nowhere to put suitcase or clothes, no closet, not even hooks. Pillow was WAY too full, and I could not sleep first night. I did ask for other pillow and sheet for second night and slept much better. TV not operable. I wrote in advance to ask about vegan options. I was told I should bring my own soy milk. Stairs to our room were a bit steep.
