A pousada é um encanto. O quarto é muito confortável. As instalações são impecáveis. Funcionários super atenciosos e educados. O ambiente é bem aconchegante e tranquilo. Café da manhã excelente.

We liked the breakfast, the location wasn't too far from the square as we could walk there, the pool was very nice and the staff super friendly.

The room itself was not the best, a bit dark and the wooden floor makes it noisy but nothing that really caused any issues, overall we had a good time there.

The facilities were bigger than I thought, really cozy and the staff were incredible and always ready to serve us. would highly recommend.

- Breakfast was great with fresh scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, tapioca and delicious cakes - They offered an free afternoon cake and coffee - The staff was very friendly - Distance to Quadrado (main square in Trancoso) is just 10min walking - The garden was beautiful and having swimming pool to relax in the end of the day is quiet convenient

- In one of the rooms I have booked, the Mosquito net was very dirty. It was resolved on next day but I didn’t appreciate having this issue on the first night and sleeping with a dirty mosquito net above my head. - At the same room, there was no ventilation in the bathroom which caused an strange smell. The bathroom window was broken or inactive for some reason. - the Wifi wasn’t working at all. You could see the full sign but was not possible to even load “google”
