The staff was unwelcoming, the accommodation had issues that weren't communicated in advance, but it was good that they allowed us to leave our bags. They asked if we would stay here, so we agreed to stay in the room at Tocona.

Room was clean enough and comfortable

Check in was a pain and way later than it should have been. We shouldn’t have to go to another property to get our key to check in.
