Staid here for the second time, and it is still the same authentic atmosphere as 4 years ago. Very nice hotel, just at the main road, impossible to miss. Family-run hotel with lots of history (Goethe or Pope Pius XI stayed here too) and one can feel it in the interior and equipment. The rooms are were very cosy, you have a coffee machine in the room with complimentary coffee. Very quiet with wood-laid walls and carpets in the courts decorated with antiquities. The room was very clean. The restaurant is also very good with fresh trout being served - do not miss it if you like fish. And don't miss spending some time in the salon on the first floor! Parking in front with enough lots directly on the main road. And, surprisingly competitive price. Will definitely stay again, when passing this way.

The WiFi was rather weak or not working in some places, but may be intentional - in the restaurant and in the salon you should dedicate your attention to the people nearby instead of the computer or smartphone.
