The location was the most positive

I was questioned about our reservation as they claimed I did not put in the correct number of people as we had our two little boys with us, but after reviewing the reservation details, it was clear we had submitted everything correctly, but it was disappointing as a hotel year to be interrogated over the status of my reservation
