Das Personal um den Inhaber, der den Familienbetrieb anführt, war, wie er selbst, sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man merkt einfach, wenn der Eigentümer im Betrieb mitmischt und die Fäden in der Hand hält. Wer hier auf der Bettmeralp absteigt, macht sicher keinen Fehler! Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, nicht das übliche Hotelallerlei. Auch das Frühstücksbüffet begeisterte!

Ein Gemeinschaftskühlraum mit kühlen kostenlosen Getränken wie in anderen Hotels dieser Preisklasse oder ein bei Bedarf einschaltbarer Kühlschrank im Zimmer, wäre sicher eine gute Idee und kein Luxus, besonders für die heißen Sommertage!
