The train ride to Wengen takes approximately 15 minutes. If you expect to arrive after 20:00, please contact the property in advance. "Gute Unterkunft, zu empfehlen!"

Gute Unterkunft, sehr gute Lage, gutes Frühstück, speziell der Zopf am Sonntagmorgen.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommen, eine Sanierung wäre wiedermal nötig.

"This hotel is a wonderful find, family run, clean. I will stay there again."

The location was excellent, a short walk up from the centre of town. The breakfast was superb, and included home-made jams and plenty of fresh bread, plus eggs, cheeses and meats. The owner, Martina, is thoughtful, efficient, and a wonderful source of information. I enjoyed talking with her about family and about life. The hotel and the room were exceptionally clean.

I always like to have a kettle in the room, but I managed to find one in the hallway to make myself evening tea.

"Rauhallinen sijainti, keskeisellä paikalla kaikkiin nähtävyyksiin nähden."

Hyvä sijainti rauhallisella alueella kaukana turistien keskeisistä alueista, mutta silti loistavalla keskeisellä sijainilla rauhallisessa Wengenissä mistä helppo liikkua joka suuntaan. Wengenistä juna Lautebrunneniin 10min, mistä helposti godoolilla Murreniin ja sileltä Schilthornin. Hotellin edustalta lähti myös gondoli hissi Männlichenin mistä pääsi toisella hissillä suoraan Gridelwaldiin. Wengenistä pääsi suoraan junaan joka vei Jungfraujockin pysäkille. Paikan omistaja todella mukava ja auttavainen. Yksin reissaavalle loistava rauhallinen paikka majoittua.

Paikasta ei ole mitään huonoa sanottavaa.
