Hotel Berghaus

Excellent view. Staff was very cooperative. Very good breakfast. Very spacious room.

Everything perfect but kettle can be provided in room for tea. The way from station to hotel is inclined so its difficult with heavy luggage. Bring small hand trollies.

Zeer schoon, vriendelijk personeel, goed eten, prima locatie. Mooi uitzicht, ruime kamer met balkon!

Kan niets bedenken

We stayed at the hotel for five days and found it a great Swiss experience. It started with meeting Martina the proprietor. She was very friendly and informative. She had many helpful suggestions of what to do. She also explained a great deal about the culture. We liked the fact that the hotel was up the hill, away from the center of town, so it was more quiet. The room was very comfortable. The restaurant specializes in fish dishes which were also top notch and a good break from fondue and rosti's. The included breakfasts were quite extensive. Martina's warm demeanor and hospitality made us feel like we were guests in a Swiss home. Highly recommended.

A little bit off the beaten path in Wengen. Wondrous sights in the mornings. Cozy and quiet hotel in the heart of the Bernese Oberland. The owner woman is always happy to help.

The Wi-Fi comes and goes sometimes, but in common zones may be more stable.
