Abendessen, Frühstück uns Aussicht sehr gut. Sehr nettes Personal, auch telefonisch.

Viel zu teuer. Nur 2 Mini Duschmittelbeutelchen für 4 Personen ohne Lotion, obwohl grosszügig geschrieben war: Pflegeprodukte vorhanden. Wir konnten schlecht schlafen, viel zu laut, Disco... Fenster öffnen nicht möglich, da laut...

Location is amazing, in the middle of the slope, truly skin-in, ski-out. Getting there with kids, dog, skis and bags was not the easiest, as it is only a chair lift, but the hotel supports you with the things. Staff super friendly, supporting with everything you could wish for, also when you suddenly manage to break a glass...

Not 100% clear with the dinner options in the evening. We had a fondue first night, which was fantastic. For the second evening we weren't sure about the menu, and it turned out there wasn't one. But - the food we got was really good, kids where happy and our dog could join us everywhere.

Wir kamen mit 20 Leuten und dann hatte die Bar geschlossen. Seit über 7 Jahren bucht er das gleiche und immer war es super bis auf dieses mal. Ist schon ein Frechheit wenn man weis das so viele Leute kommen und dann das. Personal sehr unfreundlich, hat dich immer geduzt. wusste nie etwas wenn man etwas gefragt hat. Ich würd nicht unbedingt nochmal dort meine Zeit verbringen

Keine Badetücher vorhanden, wenigstens 1 Tuch pro Person wäre gut, müssen nicht gross sein. Sollte zumindest im Prospekt vermerkt sein. dito, Hüttenfinken

Very great location, proper room with stair access. Very friendly staff and a good breakfast buffet.

Nothing in particular to mention.

Great Staff (Oliver) who hosted us and prepared our meals. Also the other staff members were super friendly. We had eaten at their restaurant once before during a hike and wanted to try staying here for a short holiday ever since. Our kids liked it, especially the Spielplatz outside with the Trampoline.

If you are traveling in summer, remember to bring an electric fly swatter- there are too many flies everywhere. But this is the reality of life in the mountains during the grazing seasons. Nothing to do with the hotel itself.
