Towel and linen are well cleaned...can see that the bed sheet is even pressed. Very welcoming and nice/ humble owner operator trying to satisfy guest/s in every way she can. We will be back to stay on the way to Santiago from Cochrane next week.

It would be better if Edriana, the owner operator completes the room with two bottles of water which encourage guests to offer tip to the house keeper upon check out. And equip the bath room with installed hair dryer and bath mat.

The hosteria is very centrally located for sightseeing in Puyuhuapi, Queulat, Raul Martin Balmaceda, and points north and east. La Junta has all the necessary amenities, and a 24 hour/7 day gas station (VERY important when driving along the Carretera Austral). The rooms were neat although quite tiny, but this was more than offset by the kindness and helpfulness of the host. We happened to stay over New Years Eve, and the host invited us to join with the celebrations with friends and other guests. The breakfast was simple but satisfying, and the price can't be beat.

The shower had a very finicky valve - the water was easily too hot or too cold. Not a major issues, though.
