Posada Miss Joyce House

The place felt like a home. It was not in the center, but close enough that we didn’t feel disconnected. It had all the basic amenities, daily cleaning, comfortable bed, and kind owners who communicated well.

The bathrooms weren’t super comfortable to use. There were no toilet seats or shower heads in our room. Luckily, we were moved to another room with a shower head and kitchenette, but it still lacked a toilet seat (which is normal for the island, but unusual for a private bathroom).

Really nice stay. Friendly hosts/owners who live at the same posada with several rooms. Safe location to walk in the night, without the worries of the center, yet close to (about 10-15 minutes walk to the center and about 15-20 mins to the airport). The sea side is two blocks away, and nice places to eat and drink within a few minutes.

Very good place to stay, can rent a bike on site, not hard to find food nearby, within walking distance of everything on the north side of the island. Very kind staff

In our room upstairs the pidgins were very loud every morning from about 4 am

Just the location

Was dirty, the accommodation is very different than what I paid for. The bathroom was dirty, full of hair, I don’t think it was cleaned

The staff is nice and open to help us with information about the island. The property is in a safe neigborhood and a walkable distance from the center and nice beaches.

The tap water wasnt enoug to get to the shower on the second floor, we barely could take a shower when needed.

Nice room with private shower. The owner is very friendly and they rented us a cheap scooter and helped us take the boat tour in San Andres. It is close to supermarkt and some small shops. A 15 to 20min walk to the center and beaches.

The adress on Google did not match the location so we were lost trying to find it

The house owner is not a friendly and helpful person. As well as the hotel facilities are not good at all.
