Excellent location, very friendly hosts.

amazing stuff. And the place itself is very clean and tidy. also comfortable. Better if you travel by car, or, like myself, don’t mind walking couple of kilometres from the tram station all the way up to the hotel)

The parking free and the quite positioning

We booked a standard room for one night at this place because it was convenient to get to Strasbourg. When we arrived to check in (in the late afternoon) the owner of the facility told us that she would give us an apartment outside the main facility and not a room as per our reservation. The apartment is located in the back of the facility in an area full of abandoned items and confinant with the garage; it is a dark and cold area. We told the owner that we had booked a standard room and not an apartment but she told us that there was only that "room" available. Unfortunately we did not have an alternative and it was already late to go elsewhere so we were forced to stay there. Very bad experience even if only for one night, I do not recommend this place. (in the attached photos you can see the entry of the apartment with the garage alongside and all the items in front of the apartment...)

Good communication with hotel even in english. Restaurant proposal is good also The room is in a quite location
