Zimmer hatte kein Fenster zum Öffnen. Ging zum Aufenthaltsraum und musste daher verdunkelt werden, damit nicht einsichtig. Matratze und Kissen waren sehr hart.

The property is a convenient place to explore the city centre, only a couple of minutes from the Residenzplatz and bus stops. (The bus is very useful if arriving in Kempten by train.) The room was generally clean and furnished to an acceptable standard. The place was quiet, with little noise from outside. During my three days there, the owner improved the appearance of the bathrooms.

I had to chase the owner for arrival instructions which were not sent as promised. The seats on both toilets were broken - one badly cracked; however, this problem was remedied on my last day there. A kettle is provided, but there was no coffee, just a few tea bags. Not a huge problem as there are many cafes nearby. The room is advertised as having a garden view - see photo.

Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, schöne Zimmergröße, obwohl ich nur ein Einzelzimmer hatte, ruhig, verglichen mit anderen Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten in Kempten sehr günstig, sehr zentral zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und ZOB.

Im Bad wären ein paar Haken gut.
